When it comes to a good price/performance ratio, normal corundum is the first choice for angular mineral products. In addition to its high hardness, normal corundum is also characterised by a pronounced toughness, which gives this iron-free blasting abrasive extreme stability.

Aluminium Oxide blasting media is manufactured from bauxite ore. The fused bauxite is crushed, screened, washed, tempered, baked or roasted to improve its hardness to make the final product.

Aluminium Oxide is a very versatile blasting medium and as an etching abrasive is available in a very large variety of sizes from coarse to fine.
